"i think removing the extra mana on self cast was stupid, make it like 1.5 and i'd be happy imo.
anyway other than that new soraka is better than old soraka. utility > heal bot"

"well yeah, but i hate how you can't double buff yourself. imo you should get more mana for casting on yourself, even a 150% mana is fine. taric still heals 140% if he heals himself."
