"first off its bugged that his q only reduces base armor. its barely noticable.
but if it was working as intended, last whisper would only penetrate 28% of their armor. with 30% armor reduction, you would then be penetrating 70% of their armor. 40% of 70% is 28%."

"well since i'm already building trinity force i dont see a reason to get frozen mallet over warmogs. sure its not as reliable but its a little redundant.
and actually his ult is bugged right now. it does less damage than it should."

philo stone
boots (swiftness or merc treads)
sheen
warmogs
atmas
trinity force
fon (might bump this up though depending on the enemy team.)
last whisper
usually don't get the last whisper in. occasionally i wont get the fon in either."
