It adds 100% of your base damage and the bonus mana is quite handy for jungling. If you implement it into an NTF build, it will increase his bur"

Instead, get a mallet and a wit's end. Why a wit's end? Because it drains mana, that's why. Make them regret they didn't get that tear of the goddes"
