"This build is incredibly substandard because of only a couple reasons
First, boots of swiftness are absolute crap, merc treads are the only boots to get on singed
you get more tanky, and it lets you absolutely devour disables
Second, you forgo a frozen heart, arguably the best item in the game "

"so i was reading through the guide and i noticed somethign wrong with it. it says that vicious strike has a passive which increases your damge by 1% of your maximum health but it only deos that when activated. is this a typo or deliberate. asides from that excellent build."
