"You shouldn't get haunting guise last. If it's a Season 3 prepared build I understand but if it's not get haunting guise earlier. Other than that, try and make the guide longer by adding in other sections like lane matchups and what not."

Maxing deceive is worse because it has no ''real'' damage. But if you can get off two-shiv poison you'll be able to do some damage if you can't auto attack people with deceive. Deceive also does no damage if you don't have "
