Post Basic Strategy Mentor/General hero mentor.

So I'm fairly new, (3-4 weeks, lvl 17) I have the basics down, but in 5 on 5 I cant quite get to the point where I can change the game, also I get lost mid game and not sure what to do. Any thing...
