"I'm quite surprised you recommend Black Cleaver. I would have thought that Triforce is better for the same sort of item.
You lose a bit of AD and health, and it costs more, but you gain the sheen proc (150ish dmg) and a huge amount of attack speed, which massively helps getting the Q off quickly."
