"Hey I have been using your guide relatively successfully with 2 changes to how you have it I like gunblade over botrk because it heals on all damage not just on hit and I go w>e>q since 6.3 when they moved his attack speed buff to his w I only take a point in q when I have to because its damag"

"Why build warmogs on kogmaw do you usually end up with the 3000 health needed to procure the passive? For sustain on him I would probably recommend blood thirster, botrk or hextech ginblade all work well on him especcially with guinsoos and runaans helping with the on hit stuff"
