Lucian/Twitch nerfs, Sivir/Tristana buffs 2. Dorans Blade going back to season 2 stats 3. BT no longer stacking, now giving a shield 4. Life steal reduced overall 5."

Posted a Comment: May 15th, 2014 "Draven is pretty much an ADC Darius, his axes HURT. But the problem is catching the axes which means your movements in teamfights are going to be predictable. Plus, his ult isn't as powerful as other ADCs. Its upfront damage isnt especially great tbh. In terms of moving him down, I think it depends."

But because you need a ton of AP to start scaling, it'll take longer to actually DO any damage. But if you're sure that the game you're playing is going to hit the 40+ min mar"
