Posted a Comment: Aug 1st, 2011 "Here's some feedback: 1. You're over the cooldown reduction 40% cap. Frozen Heart gives 20%, Youmuu's 15%, Boots of Lucidity 15%. Your masteries give 3%. All in all, you've wasted 12% cooldown, as it cannot go above 40%. Just grab a few CDR runes and you'll meet 40% easily. Going 9/0/21 masteries"
