"I agree with Armor Pen being better Jebus but he doesn't jungle well with the quits which is very sad. The base health nerf hit him extremely hard to the point of needing a boost. He can do the armor pens with 0/21/9 defense. Care to help me test? So far the attack speeds seem to work best with him."
