"Twisted is now one of my main. I have a rune book just for him and I always go AP. Why? Because he doesn't have to sit still in order to do damage. You can always be on the move.
Yes, he can once he has some ap and lich bane. I'm talking about 600+ damage per proc if you build him correctly!"
