"instead of the black cleaver or maybe last whisper wouldn't it be better to just buy a phantom dancer because that attack speed and movement speed are just a bit too low. if i use a assasin usually use a phantom dancer for example xin zhao or shaco or maybe master yi. and what would you prefer ad sh"
