Awesome build, will definitely try this. I agree with the runes imho, hecarim is really squishy as compared to other chars like him.
Also if you can, add another chapter explaining what hero is best when laning with him at btm lane."

Twas originally for the old Semi dps build for the guide(build item located at the btm). Wasnt changed as mostly used in normals and going anti-meta. Ranked games would be bad thus why i stated its only used in Normal.
