Passive auras do stack twice if they effect team mates though. The rule goes, effects team mates stacks twice effects enemies no stack. I could totally agree with y"

Posted a Comment: Jul 6th, 2015 "I put both boots as options and explained why in the notes. If you are getting too much cc to help your team then you aren't effective. Ninja Tabi are definitely good if you are behind early though and need to take less damage to farm. A lot of people are playing AP lately so Abyssal is a good choic"
