Posted a Comment: "I even had the situation where a team mate got killed by an opponent. As I killed the opponent, who had just barely survived their duel, my mate wrote "ks" into the chat. He hadn't used Ignite or any other DoT, and he also wasn't a Karthus or a Kog'Maw. Bizarre."
