"Yeah, i agree with Cherp, I reckon you need that Phage earlier on, to utilise his passive properly. Also, maybe get boots 1 inbetween the 2 Dorans items? idk, I reckon Talon just needs an extra movement speed advantage over his enemies or else you might not get off Noxian Diplomacy. "
