i dont,wats the point of having sometihing with ability power on it and only 30 of everything else i mean sure its mana and movement but its still not as good as getting a frozen mallet w/move 3 boots"

"Yeh but if u focus on your e your life steal is good enough early game so if u play smart u can lane for like evere especially with good person laning with you"
