"I like the guide.... I dislike the build a little. It is easily proven that a Xerath with max CDR at all times is more potent. However, I can see you took your time to do this. More time than I took. :] Kudos."

"Read the rest of GrandmasterD's and I's discussion. We started out at eachother's throats, his first post wasn't without more than a little too much aggression. At the end we were civil and my guide included nearly all of his suggestions."

As far as Rylai's, I personally grab it right after Deatchcap. I find its better off that way. I just got tired of arguing with people about it. Try it after Deathcap, its my recommended time."
