Damage is more expensive than tanky items, so if you want to afford damage items, you need to gank a lot.

"Even though I love damage Lee, I think your build is a bit too squishy, so I found a mix, which goes like so: Boots, Hydra, Black Cleaver Warmog/Sunfire/Randuins, Bloodthirser, another Bloodthirster or a Last Whisper for almost true damage."
