"I would rather call this build a Utility build than a Tanky build, since Rilay's, Liandry's and all the "Tanky" items are built by their utility.
When you're overfed it is good to build "Pure Damage", rushing Rabadon's and Deathfire's, building early Zhonya's and Voidstaff... "

Well, Will of The Ancients is cost efficient if you have a team who can proc it, otherwise, you can sell the Hextech and exchange it for an Abyssal, Zhonya's or even a Deathfire's.
