"I've been using a similiar build like this and so far this is one of the best builds on Yorick out there atm.
I use different runes but yet not entirly different from what you are using.
The item builds is what I like in this guide and slightly the mastery build.

"The runes could use a few changes but overall, a good guide imo. I agree with Spiritjoo though, I'm looking forward to fix him a bit. He deals extremly low dmg, very squishy and unbalanced. He is not playable atm imo.
