Guess many ppl get demotivated by the fact that they have to "dive" sometimes with a slow fragile caster, while not instant-kill at least one target.
Maybe ppl take it for granted to play a tank-caster but not a caster-tank.

You should never grab RoA/Rylai's or Archangel's.
-Sion and Chogath should be the only casters who can stack HP without item dependence. Dont waste money on HP if you can g"

You're incorrect on the fact that "flat pen" can reduce the enemy's armor below zero.
Only reduction can do that. (Infact your calc is correct since you used the only MR reduction item Abyssal Scepter)
