You don't even understand how many of your "pros" are wrong or actually are pros for playing her as ADC...
You don't waste damage potential on a damage dealer in order to make it "easier" to land some minor CCs.

Otherwise if you rush with a strong AD build you'll end up focused.
Normally TF shouldn't be a bad choice either if you go for strong tank.
