"Actually Essence Reaver in fact can help a lot on blue ez due to the fact Q counts as an AA. Also, Blue Ez is viable in those really really really rare situations where you need to peel for someone else."

Dazzle maxed second is usually better for even a lower cd stun. We're not soloing.
Frozen and Iceborn in the same build is yummy."
