"Ok I admit there are a few things I disagree with:
Just a few
Sapphire -> Catalyst -> boots
Seraph is not just dig 1000 mana is a lot of tankiness
Boots of swiftness(or w/e u prefer though I personally prefer swiftness for speed and slow reduction) after halfway or all of your 2nd item

"That is why you wait till the champ is released on the actual game(first day Ofc) server because then the champ is stabilized in stats (maybe) and u have much more exp with the champ"

"I hate dealing with masteries it's bull to me because I like to play with either avg or best masteries but u don't need to.
For ex I went support masteries in a ranked game as adc and got fed.
Nuff said.
They shouldn't be too shitty though"
