"Parrrley does more initial damage than Raise Morale.
To compare the two skills, lets looks at the damage over 25 seconds.
Parrrley: ~5 second cooldown. (53) + 20 dmg @ lvl 1
*not taking into account attack speed loss from firing parley*
25seconds/(5 sec cooldown)"
