"Depends on what the enemy team builds. Of course it is helpful to evolve void seeker but as an ADC you use it pretty rarely and with focus on an ADC build with attack speed, crit and damage a full damage bloodthirster can provide you with more raw power instead of the utility hextech gunbl"
