The Black Cleaver and Wits End.
If you buy both the black cleaver and wits end, will both passive proc at the same time?

thinking of trying it on renekton for high burst for his w skill, but if both passives wont work...

"the first time i jungled i used skarner and i loved him. hes very simple and easy to use for jungle and hes a very very good ganker. his ulti is essentially a long stun which can pull people :D"

renekton - wits end or black cleaver?
this is what i generally get
ionian boots - cdr
sunfire cape - by the time u get it, it'll stack well with ulti and armor is good.
black cleaver - goes well with w skill, armor reduce is sooo...
