"First things first, you have Greater mark of ability power on Ryze. That would suck on any champion but especially sucks on Ryze because he depends on mostly mana. Swap those runes out for Greater mark of magic penetration. Second what the hell is a Schtroumpf? Third, there is no BBCod"
