You may want to focus your runes abit. Maybe search for Searz's Rune Build, since your glyphs are not too good. Maybe focus all your Quints and all your Glyphs to be the same type?

"Reviewing this guide again, I feel that this guide is too weak. Average mages do a ton more damage and can become more tanky than you and STILL do more damage.
What is the point of getting crit chance in masteries when you don't even HIT much?

"Pre-30 usually have the usual stuff.
Start with cloth armor 5 pots (Usual)/Long sword 5 pots (If your sustainability is good enough)/Elixer of Fortitude + Pots (Not sure, but seriously, it doesn't sound good)/ Vampiric Scepter (If your damage rocks) Etc.
