"Assuming this is a solo top and not a bot w/support, this build offers 0 sustain early, a major con, especially with his los base damage atm. Also, you are really missing out on AD, it scalles harder on you Q and W, plus it's stronger for you passive, Which is why I think Doran's Blades or early Hex"

"Well I may agree with that, you have hopefully farmed some health from your enrage, and also you have a stun for catching your enemies, plus your ultimate should give you enough lifesteal to stop any serious incoming damage, if that isn't enough, 6k health wouldn't be enough either"
