Those are highly situational as explained in the guide. hextech gunblade is actually very useful on mordekaiser. Randuin's is not my most preferred item, but it has its uses. Some constructive criticism could have helped as well."

"I think champions with long duration stuns and snares can. Good example would be ashe with her enchanted crystal arrow. The stun duration is long and can turn the tables in a team fight.
