Posted a Comment: "Well, I'm not sure if u really need dat Tough Skin and Bladed Armor for Voli. He's got his E fear so creeps won't attack you for at least 3 sec. IMO you could choose Safeguard. Also Defender to prevent being counter-jungled early game."
