"uh hate to be a nerd but the 10% armor penetration you get from weapon expertise can't be used unless you have 8 points in Offense AND 4 points in alacrity so you'll have to take out the 4 in CDR masteries. :( yeah im having troubles with the new masteries too
but otherwise solid build"
