I used
Sona and played for 10 minutes without an enemy bot. I used my magic pages (21/0/9 + MS quints, armors seals, scaling MR glyphs, HPen marks). Had to play Sona cuz I didn't want to need to click for anything other than movement and CSing (as my roommate is still asleep).
Kinda surprised that I got 70 CS. It's not good, but it's not bad either. I didn't recall and started the game with a blue crystal and mana pots. I did notice that Sona's AA projectile moves pretty fast compared to the ranged minions.
Then again, I had an advantage in the HPen runes and the passive on Hymn of Valor, which meant I got a little extra AD over time. I had just reached Lv9 when I ended the session.

try ryze or anivia, after that you should be able to cs with anyone.
Or play DotA. If you think Karthus auto is bad you should see how horrifyingly bad the auto animation of most heroes are. (Even melee heroes!)
I'd recommend Vayne to practice last-hitting. No waveclear abilities, but you can use
You could also just play whatever champion you usually play and last-hit with them. Everyone has a different autoattack animation so it's good to get a feel for the champions you play. Once I figured out Vlad's last-hitting it improved my early game harass a lot since I could always have Q up for harass.
or you are like me, when you play adc(or someone with a better aa animation than ryze, which is pretty much everyone), you go like: hmmm, i am adc, i have ad runes and a dorans blade, csing is easy as hell... hits minion at 1/4(1/2 for cait because passive totally works at every aa) health... cs missed...**** i got 2 cs at 10 minutes
And pick Graves Bot. That should help u learning to farm
The bot will autopush due to buckshot, so you need to read the wave and push against it (without skills) so that you are not forced under your turret :p
