"its okay but you are losing trans which is free CDR or losing biscuits which gives you a ton of sustain for early lane. I wouldn't recommend but 100% its fine if its your playstyle :D"

"Yeah its true but I don't think it really changed much. The problem with this patch is the new items made early game meta and seraphine is weak early game. The meta change hurt her more than the nerfs"

"So far not really much changes as the 20 damage they took off of her E was put back in with imperial mandate. Mandate adds 60 dmg to E so after nerf with this item its still a net 40 damage"

Imperial Mandate isn't added to the site yet and I am unsure if the mods know yet. Just wondering as I am trying to update my Seraphine support guide
