"How can I proc the Twin disciplines early game as a level 10? My runes and masteries aren't cutting it at this lvl. Is there a way to proc the spell vamp early game without buying particular weapons that wont build into futures ones. "

"Does your AD round up if you have under ten? Like 9.65 or something, will that round up (to 10) and proc the spell vamp? Im having trouble hitting 10 AD to start the match. Im only level 10 right now.. But is there a way to get the spell vamp early game at my level??"
