Firstly, the runes. Sure, they're great and all if you can get to late game while farming equally with your lane opponent, but defensive runes are more for surviving early game than anything. If you get no MR or Armor runes, I guarantee you a good Leblanc or Cassi"

You say that Jinx doesn't have a reliable gap closer. Well, I'd say that things like Arcane shift and relentless pursuit are used more as a gap-opener than a gap-closer, while they can be used for both. So maybe just make it something along the lines of "reliable "
