"What I meant with it, was that you can't crit on a persos, who posseses this item, when they go below 15% HP. Therefore, the itemholder will only receive damage, like if the enemy didn't crit.
Ashe: 200 dmg - 400 crit damage.
When the itemholder goes below the 15% of max hp, ashe can't crit on"

"Good build, similar to the way I build him.
However, I really prefer magic penetration mark, in order to give your shards some damage. They are your laning power, so they have to do damage."
