"Well, Mercury's are also a better tanking item, but Boots of swiftness simply gives me more kills during a game, which provides more items earlier. Of course I go with Mercury's in some games, where it is really needed. "

Would boots with a teleport active be too OP, since it is also a summoner spell?
I have thought about boots, like those in DOTA?
