"It is some really cool ideas, but he seems really OP to me.. He has insane damage potential and can probably stay alive by hiding behind his minions most of the time - they spawn each 4.5 seconds, which is a lot.
And furthermore he brings a lot of CC - stun, blind, snare, slow. -> I'd make less"
