"Yeah you don't play much Wukong Do you? your idea on maxing decoy last is correct, however your runes are messy, I suggest 9x armor pen, and 3 quints of AD. Crushing Blow does scale, so wtf are YOU talking about, I max Q, then W. Your build is good, but your guide needs more work though. "
