depends if your going for extra damage and cooldown reduction max q your looking for sustain and attack speed in jungle or in lane go w
if your looking too slow your opponent as much as possible...

ad xin is far superior to ap xin because his kit goes hand in hand with ad and has very little ap scaling this is coming from a guy whos played over 1500 games and has played him in literly almost...
