"I prefer flash on Singed. He already has a built in ghost and with Force of Nature and move speed quints (Also I run utility and take the 3% move speed) then that's a lot of move speed already. "

I think he's leagues above Eve and better than Mundo as well.
He's not as dramatic of an impact as a champion as some alternative options, and I think that's why people don't like him, but if you're good with him he works fine. "
