"Full tanking with Mundo, in my experience, makes you invincible and that's it.
He's got a lot of built in damage with his Cleavers, Fire, and beefy auto attack, but not enough built in damage to make a build like this effective at anything but tanking for yourself.

Again all the builds are customizable and boots are of course up to the opinion of the player.
Mobility will help during laning phase, and merc treads will help with anti carrying mid team fight.
