He ults bot, turns a gank around and instead of being down two kills, you're up two kills.
Maybe your team gets a dragon, maybe not.
Shen loses 1-2 waves of EXP and maybe a tower.

Try AD Lux instead, she actually wins lane phase at least and has range. 8D
Max her shield first, it's dumb for trading in lane. "
