"l0l well the logic is, no AD scaling, yet lots of built in HP based damage (12% of 4k is 400+)
So theoretically with TF and Ki strike, and around 4k HP, we'll be sitting at around 600-700 damage when they both go off...
Might as well just tank it up or get some AP items going or somethin' ^_^"
