"Because contrary to what everyone seems to believe, most of Vayne's damage is NOT in the true damage proc.
It's from her ultimate.
Yes the true damage is part of why she deeps so hard but if 1/5th of her attacks are missing completely then her damage is gonna suffer dramatically.

Range and mobility have been easy as pie to deal with.
Still looking for match ups that beat Olaf and so far I've found none.
Ryze goes even. Ryze was by far the toughest lane to date. It was hard from start to finish.
