3% life steal lost is a decent hit but it's okay.
Olaf is already bullshit but that buff is mostly strong for the immunity to silence, only deep late game does the blind take effect. "

I still buy it sometimes, HSGG is wrong to say it's not good.
I do generally prefer tanking harder and getting all my damage from on hit and true dmg though lately ^_^"
